• Small parts size: The 1×1 cm wooden craft cubes are considered small parts that could be swallowed. Therefore, this set is suitable for children aged 3 and up .

Larch is one of the most durable native European woods, with a feel that is truly its own. We deliberately chose the cube size so that sitting in the playpit creates a gentle massage effect and helps children sense their own bodies more clearly. Together with the padded foam playpit, this creates a protected space where children can sink in and settle down. We give a 2-year warranty on the wood - with normal use, the material lasts practically indefinitely.

We deliberately do not fill the playpit to the brim - that is part of the design. The 90 cm playpit comes with 7 kg of cubes. Paradoxically, a completely full playpit makes play less flexible: children can no longer really scoop, layer or build paths. The looser fill leaves exactly the open space that keeps play interesting over time. If you would like more material, refill sets are available at any time.
