Terms and conditions for the weekly Flowfull® giveaway.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who are legal residents of Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia). Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of the organizer and their family members are not eligible.
How to enter
You enter by subscribing to our email newsletter and confirming your subscription via the link in our confirmation email. Subscriptions that are not confirmed do not take part in the giveaway.
No purchase necessary. Entry is free, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
Drawing
Every week we draw one prize among all subscriptions confirmed in that calendar week (Monday to Sunday, Central European Time). The winner is drawn at random on the following Monday; the drawing is not public.
Each subscription takes part once, in the drawing of the week in which it was confirmed. It does not take part in later drawings. The odds of winning depend on the number of confirmed subscriptions in that week.
Prize
The prize is Flowfull® store credit in the form of a discount code: EUR 100.00 for winners residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, redeemable at www.flowfull.de, and USD 100.00 for winners residing in the United States, redeemable at www.flowfull.de/en-us.
The code is sent by email and can be used once, for one order. It is valid for three months from the date it is sent, has no minimum order value, cannot be combined with other discount codes and does not apply to shipping costs. Any unused remainder is forfeited. Any taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner notification
The winner is notified within seven days of the drawing by email to the address provided at subscription; the discount code is sent with that notification. If the notification cannot be delivered to that address, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn.
The winner's name is published only with the winner's express prior consent.
Other provisions
The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to another person. The organizer's decisions regarding the drawing are final; legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The organizer reserves the right to end or change the giveaway at any time for good cause.
Privacy
The data collected at subscription is processed to run the giveaway and to send the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
